After a short 4 year tour in the Marine Corps, my first experience with dryer vents and appliance repair came as an add-on service while cleaning chimneys for a national company based in Boston. It was there I learned the importance of a well-maintained dryer system and saw firsthand the damage a neglected dryer vent can cause. This can put you, your loved ones and home at risk which is unnecessary and can be avoided. I chose to make it my goal to spread awareness of the importance of dryer vent cleaning, while providing a quality and affordable service to the community I care so much about. We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed including pictures. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.
We communicate with you every step of the way. You will get an email confirmation of your scheduled appointment and a reminder email 12 hours before the service is to take place. Additionally, we will call with an eta if we're running more than 5 minutes behind our scheduled show time. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out immediately to get a new completion date.
